The Australian Arab Chamber of Commerce and Industry (AACCI) is the peak national association for two-way trade and investment between Australia and the Arab League countries.
Pretty was responsible for an overall brand development strategy including: logo, stationery, website, email newsletter, corporate gifts & event management.
The inspiration behind the brand was to capture AACCI’s involvement in modern trade and it’s unification of the Arab and Australian cultures. Pretty, created a mosaic pattern.
The pattern can be seen throughout the brand. The pattern reflects the rich culture of the Arab community. The mosaic pattern & 7 point Southern Cross star brought together the concept of unity and modern communication. The website would increase membership and create revenue but showcase events, membership login areas,
business directories and advertising space through a user-friendly digital space.
The typographical logo represents the trade history between countries that symbolised with a sailing boat.
The logo is intertwined with Arabic calligraphy and iconic features from both cultures; the Sydney Opera House and the>felucca.
Pretty partnered with Wissam Shawkat, award winning artist from Dubai to bring the logo to life.
Pretty managed all aspects of marketing and brand presence.
