The Australian Arab Chamber of Commerce

The Australian Arab Chamber of Commerce and Industry (AACCI) is the peak national association for two-way trade and investment between Australia and the Arab League countries. Pretty Pollution was responsible for an overall brand development strategy with included a new logo, stationery, website, email newsletter, corporate gifts & event management.

The inspiration behind the brand was to capture AACCI’s involvement in modern trade and it’s unification of the Arab and Australian cultures.

The typographical logo represents the trade history between countries which is symbolised with a sailing boat. The logo is intertwined with Arabic calligraphy and iconic features from both cultures; the Sydney Opera House and the felucca. Pretty Pollution partnered with Wissam Shawkat, an award winning artist from Dubai to bring the logo to life.
