Operating a 24/7 animal rescue service throughout Sydney is hard work – especially without a functioning website. Pretty Pollution's Creative Director Jill McMahon approached the Sydney Wildlife board of directors about redesigning their website.

| Impenetrable customer loyalty... isn't that what all businesses want? |
| The million dollar question is how we get it!? Drum roll please... Ok, ok so I don't have the magic answer just yet, but I can offer you some insight as to where to start looking. Experiential marketing for instance... a very different approach to the traditional method of selling on features alone. Instead we allow the customer to engage and experience themselves. When done right, it's a very powerful tool, and it can win a brand. |
