Ryan is the guy.
Responsible for managing the New York Office and maintaining our USA client relationships while coding his heart out on websites.
After retiring from rock stardom, Ryan became Pretty’s Skipper in 2012.
Ryan is a strategic thinker who grew up wanting to be a rock legend (who didn’t)? Today, Ryan is a hybrid Director/Developer – having worked in leading media, digital and integrated agencies globally. Back in the late 90s he taught himself how to code his first Geocities website and he got really good at it :) Ryan's skillset includes Front and BackEnd coding, a valuable asset to Pretty Global. Ryan's tasked with woo'ing our international client base and growing the Pretty New York division.
A digital veteran, Ryan started his career in software web development. Knowing the business is his passion. He's renowned for his drive and vision for innovation. Working “smart” and having fun while doing it! is his mantra.
No funny business here, just clean and clear direction for your business.

Codes in 3D and likes to giggle at cat meme’s.
Kate is a web designer, photographer and full-time Pretty developer. She has a secret crush on modern architecture, sweets, pretty nails and pastel colours. Web design and web development, photography, living vicariously through other people’s holiday pictures, catching up on TV shows, drawing (despite not being very good at it) and nicely indented code is her thang. You can usually spot Kate scrolling through the internet critiquing & quietly scoffing at websites.
Having moved from Melbourne to Sydney (the better city - ofcourse) she brings to Pretty youth and knowlege. She is a little fire crackers. Stays super calm when others lose it. Her ability to run on empty puts her at number 1, we think Kate is “super Kate”.

Since launching the agency in 2005, he has defined the strategy and vision for Pretty’s growth and culture.
Playing a leadership role across our international business, Brett works with both Sydney & New York teams, focused on continually improving quality of service for our clients. Brett has established a reputation as an expert in bringing creativity and technology together. He’s used this methodology to build competitive advantages for greater business strategies. Brett's driven by results, marketing, and Return On Investment, he's adamant about following processes to achieve desired outcomes and spends much of his day in Google Analytics understanding the mentality of website visitors. Sharing his vision along the way is his passion.
Over the past decade, Brett has led Pretty to attain countless high distinctions from Adobe. His achievements have led to numerous global presentations on the agency’s creative process, and has seen Pretty invited to sit on the Adobe Business Catalyst Partner Advisory Board. Pretty is number one in its field and its no wonder due to Brett’s drive for success. Brett has years of hands on experience with infrastructure, support, employee leadership and client relationship management. Like life in general Brett believes in having a fun and a relaxed approach to work.
No curves just straight lines.

Chris is a ninja, making amazing ideas come to life. Because there are talkers and then there are doers. Chris is most definitely a doer. Motto ‘MAKE IT SO!
Chris, is the Digital Zen master.
Having joined Pretty in 2012 he brings with him half a decade of core digital experience & studio management. Chris has driven campaigns such as Audi, IKEA, The Commonwealth Bank and Johnson & Johnson - across all kinds of online, mobile & print terrain.
Chris thrives off structure, embraces fluidity & cherishes relevant information. When not bending over backwards for his clients, Chris spends his spare time “decisionating” over the many lunch options available, throwing things at his cat and looking for his keys.

She likes the wind and the letter 7... lucky for some.
Her childhood dream was to join the clergy, however all hopes were dashed when her conviction for grand theft auto was barely quashed on appeal. Pushy ethnic parents forced her to study design and this sparked a torrid love affair with typography. But ever restless, Ellie began to see print, illustration, web, photography, motion and broadcast on the side and enjoyed a passionate relationship with each in turn.
She graduated with a masters in Nerd Science and is currently writing a dissertation on He-Man and She-Ra's postcolonial gendered racial relations. Through caffeine and Panadeine-induced hallucinations, she has worked on Telstra™, Coca-Cola©, Jaguar and many others. She likes the wind and the letter 7... lucky for some.
Witty?

Web developer, powered by a healthy/unhealthy addiction to V.
As Pretty’s first employee way back in 2008 Matt was once the agency’s sole developer. Fast forward to today and Matt’s one of the leaders of our development team and an important cog in the Pretty machine. Over the years Matt has been responsible for building numerous digital projects whilst overseeing the smooth running of the development team. He is a continual supplier of technical solutions and forward thinking innovations, both of which are powered by his healthy/unhealthy addiction to V.
Matt’s relationship with Adobe Business Catalyst started back in 2007 where he previously worked as front-end developer. Matt is a long-standing member of the Adobe Business Catalyst family and counts many of the BC community as close friends. You’ll often find Matt talking shop and sharing his expertise at BC conferences such as Adobe MAX.
Outside of work Matt is a self-confessed football nut, a passion that quite often sees him up at all hours of the night supporting the mighty Central Coast Mariners and Tottenham Hotspur. Matt is a keen music enthusiast and also enjoys the odd bit of iPhonegraphy.
