  1. Step 1: Verify the app to work with your website

    If you are the developer, please ensure you select the site which you are installing the app on.

  2. Step 2: Install the Javascript tracking code.

    The Abandon Cart application needs to track and send an email notification to customers who have abandoned an order in your shopping cart. To do this there is a small tracking code snippet that needs to be installed on the payment page of your website..

    Place the following code into the bottom of Registration Buy layout:

    Once Connected to the website via SFTP the folder path is the following:
    Layouts > OnlineShop >order_registration-AU.html
    Please note that the country code will vary depending on your country setup. If you have a multi language website with multiple domains and layouts, please ensure the tracking code is located on each layout.
